The Collaborative Black Business Experience is invitation only and all attendees are to meet the following requirements:

• Men are to dress in a two to three piece suit and tie; Women are to dress in either African attire or elegant evening gown.
• Each entity will be allowed at most four guests.
• Each entity will also be assigned a reserved table and location.
• Each entity will be required to pay a fifty dollar ($50.00) table fee no later than thirty days before the event.
• Each entity will be allotted twenty (20) minutes of stage time to showcase their business.
• Each entity be allowed to set up a booth to sell, distribute, display, demonstrate, etc. their products, services, offers, etc. for the duration of the experience.

The attendees will be broken up into two parts, “The Leadership” and “The Fellowship”. The Leadership consists of the business leaders heading or representing their organization. The Fellowship consists of the supporters of The Leadership’s efforts.

There will be live performances in music, poetry, jazz, dance, drumming, drama, and more, dinner will be served as African dish and/or African American dish, and each event will be professionally photographed and videotaped.
